entries which relate to a hierarchy that does not exist. The portfolio
hierarchy may not have been deleted correctly. The following tables may
be involved:

JBRPHDEFBK: Saved Structure Definitions
JBRPHBAUMS: Hierarchy Structures
JBRZUORDNT: Allocation of Base Portfolios to End Nodes
JBRTKCHABK: Saved Characteristic Hierarchies
