¿Qué causa este problema?

The transfer was terminated due to incosistencies in the mode of the
data flow.
The mode was not uniform for the transferred records. You do not
necessarily need to specify a mode for every record. Note that at least
one mode has to be specified in at least one record. This will then
serve as a global mode for all the records. However, if you specify
modes in more than one record, they must all be the same mode.
