¿Qué causa este problema?

The following error occurred while checking an interest rate adjustment
condition:
Either no date for the interest rate adjustment was transferred, or no
last-day-of-month indicator was transferred for the interest rate
adjustment date. This would only make sense if regular interest rate
adjustment (rule '03') or single dates (rule '04') was selected.
