¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to insert a condition item which already exists or to
create several items with the same 'Valid from' date and different
level numbers for a condition type. The latter is only possible for the
condition type 'Nominal interest'.

If you want to change the items, set the mode field to 'Update' (MODE =
'U') and transfer the account again.
