¿Qué causa este problema?

If you need to calculate realized gains or losses for a financial
transaction (or security order), the position (or order)
belonging to the transaction first has to be updated. The position has
to be updated up to the value date (up to the position date for an
order).

The transaction can not be costed.

First cost the position for the period (which will automatically update
the position), or start the appropriate position report.
