¿Qué causa este problema?

You have changed the <DS:GLOS.control_key>control key</> for the
operation in such a way that you can enter a service package for the
operation.
Entering an <DS:GLOS.purchasing_info_record>info record number</> is
not planned for operations with service packages, since the relevant
data should be maintained in the lines for the service package.
The system has therefore deleted the info record number for the
operation.
