¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to select a task list for the PM order.
However, the status of the PM order will not allow any further task
lists to be selected.
Example:
A task list was allocated to a PM order. Then the PM order was released.
An employee wants to change the task list allocation after the order has
been released. This is not possible, since the status "released" does
not allow any changes to be made to the task list allocation.
