Normally the Enterprise Add-On (which contains the functionality of
consumption recording for fleet objects) must exist in your system. If
this is not the case, then this also leads to the above message. If the
Add-On has not been brought in, then the affected input field in
Customizing should be deactivated (using the field selection).
