¿Qué causa este problema?

Incorrect selection of parameters for locking serial numbers. You can
distinguish between three different lock types:

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

<ZH>Single record lock</>
This lock type is <ZH>extremely</> time intensive, but the
disadvantages of the collective lock and the lock of all serial numbers
do not apply.
<ZH>Collective lock</>
The locks are collected after the import and transmitted as a whole to
the enqueue server. Processing can be accelerated by reducing
communication operations at the enqueue server. The problem with this
is that serial numbers that are already locked (possibly by other
users) terminate the whole process. The system cannot determine which
serial numbers were decisive for this. You have to restart the program.
<ZH>Lock of all serial numbers</>
This is the quickest procedure and is strongly recommended if there are
mass data changes. The problem with this is that nobody can change or
use serial numbers online. All serial numbers are locked until the
execution of the program has been completed.

Consider carefully which alternative you should use:
<ZH>First alternative</>
If your system is frequently overloaded by other users' dialog locks,
you should choose the first alternative. You should remember that this
invloves long runtimes. The advantage of this is that the serial
numbers that are locked by other users are collected and the program is
able to continue processing. The serial numbers that are already locked
have to be processed again in a new program run.
<ZH>Second alternative</>
The second alternative provides a faster processing option than the
first alternative. The disadvantage is that if a serial number has
already been locked, this will terminate the complete program run.
<ZH>Third alternative</>
If you wish to perform mass data changes, you should choose the third
alternative.
