<GL:preventive_maintenance_plan>maintenance plans</>.
The system recognizes that the strategy is still being used in
maintenance plan &V2&.

Use the where-used list to find out which other maintenance plans are
using strategy &V1&.
In order to delete a strategy, it must no longer be used in the

<GL:maintenance_item>maintenance items</>
maintenance plans
