¿Qué causa este problema?

When changing from the maintenance item overview to the maintenance
plan overview, the system found no valid
<DS:GLOS.maintenance_plan>maintenance plans</>, because all maintenance
plans are either locked by other users or you are are not authorized to
maintain them.
