¿Qué causa este problema?

Possible technical causes:
The transferred configuration was not found in the database.
The configuration does not belong to class 300.
The configuration does not refer to table MARA.
The assignment status is not initial.
The reference object of the configuration is neither an SD order item,
nor a type material, nor a PP order.
Possible logical causes:
1) (most likely reason)
You are in create mode (e.g. transaction VA01), or you entered the
configuration of the relevant item in the same transaction first and
tried to call the entry of technical objects. Here the assignment of
serial numbers in 3.0B is not yet supported.

You cannot proceed further in this transaction.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Reason 1:
Save the data you have entered and continue processing the order with
VA02. There you can enter serial numbers, including for this order
item.
If reason 1 does not apply:
Submit a problem message to SAP.
