¿Qué causa este problema?

You have already excluded the participant from the process by removing
him or her from the recipient list after the folder was published. The
participant has been informed about the exclusion. It is not possible
to insert the particpant in the list again.

To involve the participant in the process again, you must create a
successor folder.
