You tried to create a notification type which is already being used with
this name by another application.
&ABAP_HINT&
In your view you always only see the notification types displayed which
are defined for your application. You can only display notification
types from a different application using the customizing function from
that particular application.

You must define the desired notification type under another name.
It will then automatically be allocated to Plant Maintenance.
