There is a central switch in Classification for classifying problems.
You need to maintain this switch using the PM processing or Quality
Management Customizing function.

The system terminates with an error message. You cannot enter a
class.

If you want to enter a class in the catalog profile, you must set
the classification function in the Customizing function to
"active".
