You want to deactivate the
<DS:GLOS.functional_location>functional location</> &V1&
or flag it for deletion or this operation has already been performed.

<DS:GLOS.equipment>equipment</> installed at the location that are
currently not deactivated or flagged for deletion.

If you wish to deactivate the functional location, the installed pieces
of equipment should also be deactivated or flagged for deletion.
If you wish to flag the functional location for deletion, the
installed pieces of equipment should also be flagged for deletion.
Before objects with a deletion flag are actually deleted, a check is
again carried out for dependent objects.
