Data has changed in the master record of the superior
<GL:functional_location>functional location</> and in the master record
of the <GL:reference_functional_location>reference functional
location</>. This was not copied into the master record of the
functional location earlier for technical reasons.

When the master record was called up, the system automatically
copied the data.
