¿Qué causa este problema?

You have deleted the superior functional location for this functional
location. As this functional location no longer has a superior
functional location, it will become the superior functional location of
its own hierarchy.

The system will permit the change.
The legacy indicators of the master data fields are set to
"individually maintained".

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to let this functional location become the superior
functional location in its own functional location hierarchy, press
ENTER.
If you do not want this to happen, either press the function key for
making a new entry and enter a new superior functional location or
simply cancel the transaction.
