If you want to allow equipment installation in general, flag the field
"InstEquip.".
If you want to allow the installation of equipment, but limiting the
number of pieces of equipment that can be installed to a single one,
flag the fields "InstEquip." and "Single inst.".
If you do not want to allow the installation of equipment at this
functional location in general, do not flag either of these two fields.
