¿Qué causa este problema?

Class &V1& is entered for the permit group. No characteristics are
assigned to this class.
As a result, it is not possible to uniquely determine whether automatic
determination of permits was activated or not.

Respuesta del sistema

The program cannot carry out automatic determination of approvals via
the classification system correctly. The program is therefore
terminated for security reasons.
