¿Qué causa este problema?

You selected the <LB>Delimiter Always Used</> value as field separation
for a specific record and defined a field delimiter for that. However,
after this record, there is another one that has a different setting
either for the <LS>Field Separation</> or <LS>Field Delimiter </>fields.
