No finish date has been maintained for the object.
The planned interest calculation uses the scheduled WBS element finish
dates or activity finish dates or CO internal order planned completion
date as the finish date.

The planned interest calculation ignores the object.

You have the following options:
Schedule the project or network.
Enter a "to" period and fiscal year for the planned interest
calculation.
The date you enter is always used if there is no other finish date for
the object.
