¿Qué causa este problema?

The piece of equipment has a <GL:equipment_status>status</> that does
not allow the configuration of <GL:equipment_hierarchy>equipment
hierarchies</>. You can neither allocate the piece of equipment to a
hierarchy nor change an existing allocation to a hierarchy.
This occurs, for example, when the piece of equipment has the status
"in stock" or when a particular user status has
been set.
