Perform the following steps in the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.IDMX_DI_VPROFDET>Specify Validity of SSF Profiles</>:
Check that you entered a usage period for the PSE file.
If the usage period has expired, enter a new usage period.
Note, however, that the usage period you specify must fall within the
legally-defined validity period of the public-key certificate in the PSE
