¿Qué causa este problema?

When negotiation is assigned to litigation, two technical links are
created. One is of the type LN (litigation (source) to negotiation
(target)) and one is of the type NL (negotiation (source) to litigation
(target)).
In this case, a link of type &v3& is missing between litigation &v1& and
negotiation &v2&.

This missing link is an indication of a programming error.
If these links are loaded via the direct input interface of CLAIMASSIGN,
inform your system administrator.
If these links are only maintained in dialog mode, send a problem
message to SAP. Specify the message class and number and the short text
of the system message.
