First of all, enter a primary diagnosis.
If the system does not offer any secondary diagnoses, you must alter the
Customizing settings.

Define secondary diagnoses in customizing.
At the <ZK>Diagnoses</> level, flag the relevant
diagnoses in the <ZK>Diagnosis Category</> field as <ZK> Asterisk
Diagnosis: Secondary Diagnosis</> or as <ZK>Supplementary Diagnosis:
Secondary Diagnosis</>.
