You tried to overwrite the long text for a claim bundle in direct input
(DI). According to the Customizing settings, this text cannot be
changed, just extended.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Attach text via DI
If you want to attach the new text to the existing long text, enter the
value <LB>U</> in the <AB>CHIND_TEXT</> field in DI structure <AB>
ICL_TEXT_DI</>. You can then extend the long text to include the new
text.
Changing Customizing
If you want to overwrite the existing long text, you must configure the
Customizing activity <ZK> <DS:SIMG._ICL_TICL001>Define Claim Bundle
Types</></> for the relevant claim bundle type such that the long text
may be changed.
