¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to reassign a payment. This payment contains payment items in
which a payment reason has been specified. However, the payment reason
group changes as a result of the reassignment, meaning that the payment
reason might no longer be valid.

The system deletes the payment reason from the payment item to avoid any
incorrect postings.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Enter a new payment reason if necessary. You can also continue to
process the claim without entering any other payment reason.
