This message can occur in the following situations:
Situation 1:
You have requested an active version of an object with a specific time
stamp, but there is no such object in the database.
Situation 2:
You want to activate an object, but at least one of the referenced
subobjects is currently not active. In this case, the time stamp is
identical to the current system time.
