You tried to use function module ICL_POL_SET to set contract
information. This is not permitted if no contract header information
exists.

The system does not accept the contract information.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If this error occurs during transfer of contract information from a
policy management system to the claims system, check whether the
contract header information is available (filled).
If this error occurs in customer-specific code, you must change the
code.
If this error occurs in SAP standard functionality, contact SAP.
