local time zone.

Check whether a local time zone has been defined for your user.
Choose menu option <ZK>System </>-> <ZK>User Profile</>->
<ZK>Own Data</>
Select the <ZK>Defaults</> tab page
Check whether a time zone has been defined in the <ZK>Personal Time
Zone</> section.
