¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has identified two different inflation rates (&v1& and &v2&)
for one month. Some of the documents contain different inflation rates
for the same month, which means that there are conflicting average
inflation rates for the monthly totals.

The system will use the first rate (&v1&).
