rules:

00 (Do not execute posting)
02 (Completely to clarification)

12 (Full customer clearing against clarification)
<ZH>Valid for overpayment:</>
07 (Full customer clearing, rest to clarification)
<ZH>Valid for underpayment:</>
04 (Full customer clearing, rest to clarification)
05 (Full customer clearing, rest to broker)
12 (Full customer clearing against clarification)
