When configuring a clarification code, you have set the
<DS:DE.XNOGPVT_REQU_BRO>'Usable with Missing Master Data' flag</>, and
at the same time you have also used a posting rule, which does not
contain the posting for the entire amount reported in a report item to a
clarification account.
