¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has not found any active handling units (HUs) for the
requested data.
If you received this message when displaying HUs for a completed
delivery, it means that the HUs have already been transferred to the
follow-on documents and that their content might no longer be linked to
the current delivery.

Respuesta del sistema

Since the system cannot freeze the state of the HUs that they had when
the document was last processed, no reliable data can be displayed.

If necessary, navigate to the follow-on documents for the delivery to
display HU data.
