¿Qué causa este problema?

During the change of the catalog object assigned to a given training
need, the first step of the process is now to remove every records that
dealt with "multiple" records infotypes.
More precisely these infotypes are:
- IT1681 : Regulatory Compliance
- IT1683 : Budget
- IT1688 : Valuation path
- IT1689 : Costs

cannot be performed.
