¿Qué causa este problema?

The system attempted to update the appraisal document for the
performance of the talent &V1& (&V2&) with the performance value that
was specified for the talent in the current talent review meeting.
However, the rating scale that was used in the appraisal document does
not match the scale that is assigned to the calibration grid of the
current talent review meeting. The scales use a different number of
ratings.
