You have entered a quota type, a compensation rule, or a quota record
for compensation. Either the number of days or hours you have entered
exceeds the remaining entitlement, or, during automatic compensation,
the system established that none of the quota records corresponds to
the compensation rule or the specified quota type, and therefore no
entitlement exists that is eligible for compensation.
