¿Qué causa este problema?

The system is trying to create an infotype 0001 record with personnel
area &V1& and personnel subarea &V2&. This combination is not allowed in
view V_T001P.
This can happen for one of the following two reasons:
1) The system is trying to use an incorrect personnel area for the
update because of incorrect action settings. A corresponding message is
also displayed in this log.
2) You are using custom fields in the source system that are mapped to
personnel area and/or personnel subarea. The data maintained in the
source system for these fields is incorrect.
