Check the following settings of the VSR rules for progression:
Check the rule containers assigned to non-academic callup point 0053.
Check the rule modules used there.
Check the rule elements used there. Only <ZH>substitutions</> may be
used.
Check the VSR substitutions and the steps used.
Check the processing sequence.
Note: All rule containers are processed in progression.
If the BRFplus framework is enabled for progression in the Customizing
activity
<DS:SIMG.CM_PROGR05>Enable BRFplus Framework for Managing Progression
Rules</> then check the BRFplus ruleset corresponding to the progression
category &V2&.
