You have attempted to create or change a <LS>re-registration</>.
A <LS>re-registration</> contains data that can be changed by other
processes (for example, progression). If data was changed after the
validity start date of the <LS>re-registration</>, this data may not be
overwritten by the <LS>re-registration</>.

overwritten.
