¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to link a <LS>rule container</>, <LS>module</> or
<LS>student</> with a <LS>program</>.
These objects can be linked only if the <LS>start date of the resulting
relationship</> falls within the validity period of the <LS>plan</>
assigned to the program.
However, the system did not find a plan for the specified program that
is valid on the start date of the relationship.
