The employees should be grouped together in sets. Field &V1& of
structure &V2& should be used as the criterion, however, this structure
does not include this field.

Check the format. The criterion must have the following structure:
<LS>field name '/' occurrence</>.
If the structure is correct, check structure &V2&. It may be the case
that the part containing &V1& is not active.
