¿Qué causa este problema?

A separate infotype record has been created for the bank details for
the off-cycle payroll run. This record could not be stored in the
database.
This may be caused because the date of the off-cycle payroll run is
before the date to which payroll has been run for the employee as
specified in infotype 0003. In the standard system, however, infotype
0009 is locked against changes in the payroll past.

Try to create this record in infotype 0009 using master data
maintenance. The exact error message should then be displayed. If
necessary, changes to the past data for infotype 0009 must be
permitted.
