The authorization date is earlier than the last payroll date.

The system requires an authorization date after the payment date of the
last payroll.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

As a general rule, the system sets the validity date and the
authorization date so that they coincide and are after the payment date
of the last payroll. You can specify this in the following menu option:
Human resources --> Personnel management --> Administration -->
Maintain --> Profit shares --> Maintain payroll status
Or in:
Payroll accounting --> Tools --> Maintain payroll status
