You have specified a validity period for an employee group. No validity
periods have been defined yet for some or all employee subgroups of this
employee group.

For the employee subgroups of the employee group that do not have a
validity period, the system automatically creates the validity period
that you specified for the employee group. This is necessary, otherwise
employee subgroups without validity restrictions would exist for an
employee group with limited validity.
