In the Customizing settings, you have entered an absolute amount or a
number for valuating cost item &V1& for cost objects from
organizational grouping &V2&. The cost item is not defined as an
additional cost item. It only makes sense to enter a specific amount
when valuating additional cost items or direct cost items that exist
unvaluated in infotype <LS>Planning of Personnel Costs
</> (0666, 5010).
