Check the Customizing settings for the cost item &V1& for controlling
area &V4&. To do this, perform the IMG activity
<DS:SIMG.PAOC_HCP_DATA_001>Create Cost Items</> and on the detail
screen <ls>Assignment of Statistical Key Figures</>, add the period
entries <ls>Start Date</> and <ls>End Date</>.
