You want to create, delimit, or delete an object. This can affect the
consistency of the position plan.
In the system configuration, <(>&<)>1 was specified as the permitted
period for changes.
The creation, delimitation, or deletion of allocatable budget structure
elements, and therefore of information relevant to the personnel budget
plan (infotypes), before <(>&<)>1 is not supported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Copy
Remove all information relevant to the personnel budget plan (infotypes)
from the copy template or
Choose a start date as of <(>&<)>1 for the new budget structure element
Delimit
Choose a delimitation date as of <(>&<)>1.
Delete
The budget structure element should only be deleted once information
that is relevant for the personnel budget plan and that is valid before
<(>&<)>1 no longer exists.
