The parent budget's values cannot be changed because:
Both the Currency and Stock Unit fields are empty. You must make an
entry in one of the fields, or
If you have an entry in the Currency field, the Stock Unit field must be
zero, or
If you have an entry in the Stock Unit field, the amount in the Currency
field must be zero.
